It is not possible to "save" during the middle of a session and continue later on. This is because of the games Arcade style of play - you play through all 10 levels trying to rank in the high score list. Besides, I haven't met anyone who has had trouble getting through the 10 levels in a short amount of time, seeing as how the levels really aren't that difficult for any dedicated gamer. Therefore a save feature was never given to the game due to its simple, yet unique game play.
But, the game does keep track of your top ten highest scores, and any badges you may earn on a level (which are obtained by reaching a certain number of 'hits' on anyone of the fifteen stages to choose from)
