There are a few ways to say it, I have always learned "Ayudame" as "help me". If you want to specifically say "would you help me" it would be "Me ayudaria", but that is not really used by Spanish speakers.

In spanish you would say Kathy(put emphasis on the vowels), if it's a name it usually is the same. There are some cases in which it is not though.
