in slang Arabic you can say :
- elhamdella, alhamdolellah" this is also formal" :all praise is for Allah.
- mneeh , or tmam : good.
- mashi elhal : good but not that good.

Proper Arabic: Kayf halik al-yom (كيف حالك اليوم)
Egyptian Arabic: Izayyak al-yom (إزيك اليوم)
Iraqi Arabic: Ash lownak al-yom? (أش لونك اليوم)
Lebanese Arabic: Kayfik al-yom? (كيفك اليوم)
Moroccan Arabic: La baas al-yom? (لا باس اليوم)
