There is no consistent way to say "OK" in Arabic and most people use whatever word means "good" in their dialect.
The Proper Arabic term (usually seen in subtitles for English-language movies) for "OK" is hasanan (Øسناً). However, saying this in day-to-day exchanges will sound slightly pompous since it is an exclusively Proper Arabic word. (It would be the same way that saying "farewell" instead of "bye" to your friends would sound slightly pompous.)
In Egyptian Arabic, the term usually used is koyyes (كيّس). As Egyptian Arabic becomes more popular across the Arabic world, this term is becoming more popular.
In Levantine Arabic, the term usually used is mlih (مليØ).
In Iraqi Arabic, the term usually used is zayn (زين).
In Moroccan Arabic, the term usually used is mezyan (مزيان).
depends on the context sometimes.
so if you wanna say, I'm alright, you could say, kollo tamaam. (everything's fine, alright)
but if you wanna say , alright let's do this, you could say, mashi (ok, alright)
if you wanna say, alright! ya! great! you could just say 'ya walad! or ya a'ini!
this is all in colloquial Egyptian Arabic. every country might be different, but if you're really stuck, just use English.
you'd be surprised how many pple, especialy young ones, prefer to use English nowadays.
hope that helped!!
