If you are talking about sneezes it's labriyut (לבריות).
If you are talking about actual blessing, it will depend on the number and gender of who is being blessed:
to a man: yevarechecha elohim
to a woman yevarechech elohim
to a group: yevarechechem elohim

Blessing = brachah (ברכה)
yevarech (יברך) = "he will bless"It is pronounced yeh-vah-REKH
