This could be used in many different context, without specific questions you won't be getting specific answers.

Closed/out of business/on holiday, as in a shop/mall etc would be 休業 /kyou gyou/

How to say 'closed' in general use would depend on the context, but you could use 閉じられた /to ji ra re ta/ or 閉められた /shi me ra re ta/ for 'closed' as a modifier.

閉じる or, tojiru. (e.g. I am about to close the door)

If you mean 'close' as an adjective 近い /chi kai/ is the word. (e.g. My house is close to yours)
