Uhr translates as clock or o'clock.
Instead of using a.m. or p.m. you either add an appropriate adverb to indicate the daytime (only if necessary) or use the 24 hour format.
examples:
7:15 a.m. - 7:15 Uhr - sieben Uhr fünfzehn morgens/ vormittags
12:33 a.m. - 12:33 Uhr - zwölf Uhr dreiundreißig mittags
1:12 p.m. - 13:12 Uhr - dreizehn Uhr (ein Uhr zwölf mittags)
4: 10 p.m. - 16:10 Uhr - sechzehn Uhr zehn (vier Uhr zehn nachmittags)
8:45 p.m. - 20:45 Uhr - zwanzig Uhr fünfundvierzig (acht Uhr fünfundvierzig abends)
2:15 a.m. - 2:15 Uhr - zwei Uhr fünfzehn nachts/morgens
adverbs:
morgens - in the morning
vormittags - before noon
mittags - at noon
nachmittags - in the afternoon
abends - in the evening
nachts - at night
special expressions:
8:15 - viertel nach acht (quarter past eight) [in some areas: viertel neun (a quarter of nine)]
8:30 - halb neun (half of nine)
8:45 - viertel vor neun (quarter to nine) [in some areas: dreiviertel neun (three thirds of nine)]
