Grandma or Granny is t'eina matua.

It also seems that the term is used for both grandma and grandpa. Matua means father and t'eina or teina means elder sibling.

There is also the term tama'ita'i matua which means old lady/ladies.

Grandma is Tina (same for Mother); Grandpa is Tama (same for Father). Grandma: Mother of my Mother (Tina o lo'u Tina), Mother of my Father (Tina o lo'u Tama). Grandpa: Father of my Father (Tama o lo'u Tama), Father of my Mother (Tama o lo'u Tina).
