This is hard to answer as before British invasion there were over 300 Aboriginal nations so it would be like asking how you say hello in Europe so there are multiple greetings for the First (Aboriginal) Australians, some of which are still in use but my guesstimate is that at least half of the languages have either died or been killed off by cultural genocide. The Arrente (are-en-da) peoples of Central Australia say WERTE (wur-da) depending on tribal grouping for accentuation but just an example...
