父/お父さん (chichi/otou-san) is father in Japanese.
母/お母さん (haha/okaa-san) is mother in Japanese.
両親 (ryoushin) is the Japanese word for parents.
Improvement:
'Chichi' and 'haha' are used in 'kenjougo' (humble way of talking) and are used when referring to your own father/mother, while 'otou san' and 'okaa san' are generally used. For 'ryoushin' also when talking to someone, you should use 'go ryoushin' for respect.
The way you say parents in Japanese is Ryoushin (両親)
Politely, or when referring to someone else's parents, "okaasan" and "otousan" are mother and father. When referring to your own, "haha" and "chichi." Written in Japanese: お母さん、お父さん、母、父。
