破壊 (hakai) is the Japanese word for destruction. So to say there is "much destruction", you could say 多い破壊 or if you wish to say "Big/Great Destruction" it would be 大きい破壊 (oukii hakai). Another way of saying this would be 大量の破壊 (tairyou no hakai) which means "mass destruction".
Sore wo hakai suru.
The above answer actually means something along the lines of "I destroy it" or "I will destroy it" (the "I" is inferred because it's often dropped in Japanese). It isn't the command form of the sentence.
For a soft command, the suru (する - to do) should be changed to the 'te' form, "shite" (して)which is a simple command.
So you're left with:
Sore wo (that) hakai (destruction) shite (do) - Destroy that.
それを破壊して.
Sore (それ) being something closer to the person you're talking to. Change it to kore (これ) if it's close to you or are (あれ)if it's far from both of you (more like 'that').
"Ironna sekai wo hakai suru hito."
