To set a message ringtone you would go to menu, then to settings, then to profiles, then to normal, but dont click on normal, press the left soft key which should say options, then go to customize, then scroll down to message sound and then you should be able to choose from the sounds that you have saved on your phone.
Go to Start and find My Stuff. Find your ringtone in there, and click on it. When it starts playing, hit the button on the right to pop up the menu. There's an option to Set as Ringtone. I think it'll ask you to confirm and then it'll be set.

You can only assign personal ringtones to the contact in your phones memory. So, you have to first download that person(s) into your phone. Next you go into your contacts and select the person you want to assign the ringtone to. A menu will pop up once you highlighted their name and you will want to select the 4th icon with the person on it. Next you will want to select the icon with the star and note pad. If you scroll down you will see on the list "Ringtone" select edit on the screen and from there you can assign a personal ringtone. You can also put in their birthday, speed dial number (if you want) . Don't forget to save the changes made or you will have to do it all over again. Hope you this helps :)
You go to the audio and then press options on the one you want and then click set as ringtone. It has to be smaller then 300kb.

Unfortunatly, Pantech Impacts don't allow you to set signatures.
Very simple steps. Just choose the contact you want. Click the Contact sign (4th icon) And on the top there are little tabs. Click on the one with the memo pad and star (3rd one) Then click edit and choose what ringtone you want
it doesnt have one. no pantech phones do
As of 2013, there is not way to set music as a ringtone on the HTC Mozart.
