Turn on the radio it's rds, and will set clock for you.

In the centre console where the radio and sat nav is (Nowhere near the actual clock) click on:
Serv - System - Time - use your up and down arrows and press ok and you see the hands on the clock start to move.
I have a CLK and that's how you change mine - it took me about an hour sat in the car pressing everything and I have the manual, it's just not in there!

The 2003 Alero does not have the hour and minute buttons to change the time. The instructions for the clock are also not in the 2003 Alero Owner Handbook either. On your radio push the SVC button just below the CD button. You will see an option for time/date, select that and change the time accordingly. After you've changed the time wait a few minutes and the digital clock time will change as well.

Change your DS's clock.
On the radio there is an icon that looks like a clock. It should be the top right button. Press the button and the time display will appear. Turn the tuner knob to adjust time and then press it to set the time. As soon as you set the time, the clock on the instrument cluster will automatically set.
To change the time on a Primex wireless clock, locate the "Set" button on the clock and press it. Enter the current time using the keypad provided and press "Enter" once done. The clock should now display the updated time.
The clock is set to your DS internal clock. If you change that, the time will adjust accordingly in the game. Go to your DS options on start up, and then date/time.
