It depends on your graphics card, but using whatever utility they provide (Catalyst Control Center for ATi cards or nVidia Control Panel for nVidia cards) there should be an option. In my nVidia Control Panel, there is a "Rotate Displays" section in which I can select "Landscape (flipped)".
Make your computer screen silver or if you have a web cam use that but another idea is get a peace of tinfoil and have a table next to your computer and set the piece of tinfoil on the little table and flatten it into a sheet like a big piece of paper so then get a couple pieces of regular tape and tape the foil onto the computer screen!
It's impossible. Monitor/Computer manufacturers leave this feature out because it would be nothing but pointless.
