The Zoom function generally refers to the size of the text on the screen. You can make the screen text larger or smaller in many different ways, but you can't zoom to make it 2 pages.
Although I have MS Word 2003, the 2007 version may be the same for this function. You can view a document two pages at a time by clicking on the View command and then Reading Layout. The document will automatically format to a two-page view.
You can also view a document two pages at a time by using the Print Preview function. Click on the magnifying glass to get to Print Preview or select Print Preview from the File command in the main toolbar. In the Print Preview toolbar there should be a box that has a percentage number. Click on the small black arrowhead that points downward to bring up the options menu. Click on Two Pages from the list of options and your document should go to a two-page view.
