No you cannot skip cut scenes in Assassin's Creed 1 or 2.
You can skip cutscenes in assassin's creed 3. just press esc during the cutscene and u will see the option to skip cutscene and just simply click it.

∙ 11y agoNo you can't, I pushed every button and nothing worked. If you press select, it will give you option of resume, controls, option, quit. I wouldn't hit quit because you'll end up redoing the missions that you just did. You have to watch the credits!

Yes, you can skip the cut-scenes. I'm not sure about the dialogue, maybe it has an option to turn down dialogue sound but I'm not sure.

By far Assassins Creed, that's a no brainer question, but i guess it depends on what you like, do you like terrible MMO style games, where you go around trying to kill people but they fall on the floor and you didnt even cut them. Or do you like a great counter kill game, look up videos on both haha its a no brainer. ;)
When do you get your brotherhood in assassins creed brotherhood?
ezio will start to buil the brother hood by rescueing some of the towns folk from the guards about half way through the game (eliminating the borgia towers gives you more assassins to use in battle, but i think the cut off is 8 at a time)
