Well, the answer to the puzzle is in the guide book. But i will give you the answer. you have to catch a relicanth and wailord. Then, put relicanth in your party as the starter Pokemon, and put wailord in the party as the last Pokemon to go in your party, or the 6th slot. Then you can go back to the cave, and there will be a rumble. You will enter a room, and in it will be regirock. You can also go get regice and registeel at different areas in the region, when i find where to get those ones i will tell you, or ou can look it up on here.
