There is no conjugation or possessive form be's. The verb forms are am, is and are.

The plural noun for the honey-making insects is bees. The plural for the letter of the alphabet B may be Bs, or B's. The only time that the form be's could be correctly used is for the word be within a sentence or passage (i.e. How many be's are in this paragraph?).
