How do you start over on Nintendo dogs?

if you look in the booklet it came with, but if you do not have you do this press all the buttons: L, R, up, down, left, right, A, B, X and Y. that didnt work for me! do you have to hold them all at the same time or in that specific order?

whenever you first turn on you Nintendo and touched the nintendogs icon press L+R a b x y al at the same time before the games starts but hold those buttons down tiil the game starts. hope this helped.

when our DS's main screen opens you choose nintendogs thena screen comes where you press X,Y,A,B,L and R all together and it will ask if you really want to delete etc etc

on the title of nintendogs hold L R A B Y X in till it says restart game or something like that
