How do you stop when hair is growing in grey color in ypung age?

its actually known that often, grey hairs grow, due to stress. ... also if you start to get grey hairs, never pull them out! you will mae it 10X worse... you could die it to cover it up but theres not much you can do..your grey hairs could be due to too much product like dying your hair different colours ect and adding too much of other chemicals that you dont need!
