This whole be-sovereign-with-a-UCC-form stuff is utter nonsense. All a UCC-1 form is is a form that is filled out when you take out a big debt (not on real estate), like to buy a boat or something like that. It has nothing to do with freedom or being "sovereign".
If you want to avoid taxes I suggest you use a CPA to tell you how to legally reduce your taxes using the system. There are ways. If you are self employed you can use a corporation to avoid paying social security by paying yourself only through distributions and not a salary. Having a small business that is arts related is also a good one, you get to take lots of fun deductions and they can't revert you to a hobby anymore for a business loss. Or you can form a church and be a pastor. Churches don't pay a heck of a lot of taxes. You get the added benefit of being able to perform weddings, which can bring in extra income.
If you want "freedom" or to be "sovereign", try to define what exactly that means to you and then use a combination of travel, frugality, and self-employment to get there. But you will still have to deal with governments somewhere, sometime.
But using some dumb form like the UCC-1 is not going to immunize you against any government. Even if there were some argument for it, they have more guns than you.
