I have a pet slug and I love it. All you have to do is get a fish tank or bowl. Then, you must put gravel on the bottom of the tank. ALWAYS KEEP THAT MOIST. Then, put a layer of soil on top of the gravel. KEEP THAT MOIST TOO. Then add leaves and rocks for a dry layer. Arrange the rocks so that the slug can get underneath. Then add a food bowl. Slugs eat things like apples and lettuce. My slug (Fasty) loves lettuce. He (or she I don't know) ate the lettuce for 12 hours straight. Take the food out in the morning (so moldy or dried out food isn't left in there for your pet). Slugs mainly eat at night. When slugs have babies, they usually have 20 to 40 eggs at a time. I think that is all you need to know. Oh, if you want to find one, look on your sidewalk on rainy spring days. Hope this helped.
