Taking the dash out of any car is a very ugly thing. There is a lot of information about doing this on the 850 series just to give you a hint of the difficulty. Go to bay 13 or to the OZ brick web site for help in this regard. I know for the 850 family that it takes a decent shade tree mechanic about 4 hours to extract the dash and that many again to reinstall.
If you mean the instrument cluster and not the dash that is another issue, since the instrument cluster can be extracted from the dash if need be.
