you must 1st remove the rubber butt, i think they are 2 Phillips screws, the bolt is then inside the stock, which you kan use either a large long flathead screw driver or a socket set and extention, i cannot remember size of socket piece though , maybe use a torch to shine inside the stock 2 get a fair idea of the bolt size, hope that helps
The 190 is a plain stock and fore end the 290 has checkering on the fore end and stock. However the Early 290's Also have a plain stock.

Model 67 had slots on each side of the stock fore end, the later model 67a did away with the slots and were plain and rounded.
Ok if its like most shotguns, at the top of the fore stock where you would attach a sling, you unscrew that peice. the pump peice or forestock should slide off, then the barrel will come out and so forth
On the bottom of the receiver in front of the lever just before the fore stock. There is a screw right below the number.
The designation, ADL or BDL refers to the stock on the 700 model rifles. The 700ADL has a plain walnut stock with a blind box magazine, no floorplate. The Model 700 BDL is a bit fancier as far as the stock goes. This Model has a dropping floorplate and is most often found with a black plastic fore-end tip and grip cap.
Yes: the 7 is a premier model. It looks like the a standard tip up model,except it has a wood fore stock. Very similar to the ladies model except with the heavier action.
