Should public schools require student uniforms?
No. To my opinion Public schools should not have school uniforms.
I went to a uniform school myself. The school was St. Matthew Catholic School. The reason why the school required uniforms was because the school was private. But I mostly say no to uniforms at Public schools.

To answer the question,
I have someone I like and want to talk to but don't know what to say as well.
If you can actually get up the courage to go up to them and talk to them, you've achieved a lot more than most other people ever could.
If they know that you like them, you're halfway there.
If they have a few hints but are not entirely sure, then you're in my position and just need to talk to them. The words will come to you. If not, then just try to think of something to get you going.
If they have no idea, try dropping a few hints to cushion the blow.

If you like someone you should sit down and have a talk with them to see if the feeling is mutual. You need to be clear and direct and honest about your feelings. If you like someone just try to talk to them and get to know them. And try not to act in any way to make them think you like them. Once you really get to know them tell him/her you like them, then they might tell you that they like you, too. you try to flirt with them! and be friends! talk nice to them! dont stare at them they will freak out!
