Well, really, it's all in the mind. Trying to controll the werewolf in you may seem impossible especially when your angry or enraged but you need to train your mind to take you somewhere else. If you are craving blood or flesh, just go to a meat store, I've seen many diffrent raw meats and animal blood in small containers, that may help. If you have an urge to be in the forest, go hiking, walking or hunting in the forest. Again, it's all in the mind you just need to learn when it's a good idea to control yourself and when it's not.
