Your rabbit is sick, could be any number of things: pneumonia, cold, eye infection. Take it to a vet, it is serious.
I don't have a rabbit, but I'm sure any VETERINARIAN could tell you.
In most cases, the rabbit will sneeze the water back out. However, if the water was under high pressure or was a large volume of water, the rabbit may aspirate the water into its lungs, setting up the potential for pneumonia.

You can tell by when your rabbit loses hair. If your rabbit is shedding alot or its very greasy, you should know by then.
