The one way I know of is to measure the pressure at the fuel rail. While off, look at the end of the EFI rail and look for a connector. Hook up a pressure gauge (most part stores sell these) and then turn on the vehicle so the fuel pump runs but the engine isn't started. Look at the pressure. Start the engine and then check the pressure. You will have to look up the fuel pressure values. I believe (its been a while) the fuel pressure should be around 70 psi less than 60 you may have a fuel pump problem (again I'm not positive on the numbers).

The fuse for your 1994 Mazda pickup truck four-wheel-drive can be found in the fuse box. The four-wheel-drive fuse will be the number 14 fuse.
