If it is a small block V8 with cast iron heads torque the bolts in a criss cross pattern to 30 lb/ft.

the one for the cooling fan is on the right head towards the rear(hard to remove most times). theres two more on the intake manifold by the thermostat housing
Remove the intake and exhaust manifold, then remove the head.
It is behind the throttle body, on the intake manifold.

Assuming your car has an automatic transmission, it could be the TCC (Torque Converter Clutch) solenoid.
No body make one for the caddy. You need to make a adapter plate for the manifold so you can bolt on carburetor.
