∙ 12y agoYou will need to complete a prolonged sidequest in order to trade with these two games i will summarize what that sidequest is: You must obtain the Ruby and Sapphire item from the Sevii islands and deliver them to Bill's friend Celio he will use them to operate a linking device that will connect to Lanette's PC in the Hoenn Region which will allow you to trade between firered and sapphire along with ruby and emerald.

∙ 15y agoUse a GBA link cable, u have 2 go to a Pokemon Centre and go to the floor with the trade centre. Link the GBA cable to your game consoles and talk to the woman in the trad centre. U should be able to trade then. U can trade in any Pokemon Centre
