There are several online translators which one can use to translate Russian text to English for free. Babelfish is one such resource. Google Translate is yet another.
It depends on who you mean by "you." I personally can't, but if you ask a question like "How do you say 'The sky is threatening" in Russian" somebody should be able to translate short phrases for you.
