You will want to get onto a Victoria Line tube train heading North towards Wathamstow Central. This train will take you directly to Euston Tube Station. Make sure you watch the stops so that you don't miss it. It is however, a very major stop and a lot of other passengers will likely be getting off there as well. From there just follow signs or ask someone in a TFL uniform how to find the train platforms (not difficult.)
