The size for windshield wipers on a 1994 dodge ram 1500 are 20. i have a 94.
Check the first two fuses in the fuse box under the hood. They are square and black.
If your wipers aren't working then check the grounding screw under the hood if it becomes loose your wipers wont work.
The fuse for the windshield wipers in a 1994 Geo Prizm is typically located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. You can identify the specific fuse for the wipers by consulting the fuse diagram, which is usually found on the underside of the fuse box cover or in the owner's manual. If the wipers are not functioning, check this fuse and replace it if it is blown.
Weak battery or alternator output.
If I had to guess, the windshield wiper switch in the car is bad. It think it's located somewhere among the wire harnesses underneath the dash.
You need to remove the wiper motor and linkage assembly. Then disconnect the motor from the linkage, and turn on the wipers, to see if the motor is running or not. Then when you have the linkage out, manaully move back and forth to see if its binding or not. Usually a bad motor. Unfortunately, MB seems to have many problems with the wiper blade motors.
The VIN is usually located at the extreme left of the top of the dashboard, visible from outside, looking through the windshield.
I am wondering the same thing in 1994 safari van, have only wipers on high, i've unplugged the plug at the wiper motor & checked for power, only have power to wipers on high, now is the switch in the column with the signals,
You will have to determine if the fuse, the switch, the wiper motor, the linkage, the pulse board or the wiring/connections is at fault before you can fix it.
Go to the parts store and look in the book that hangs near the wipers and get either inserts or blades that will fit your car and there are instructions printed on them Good luckJoe
The motor shaft and the wipers are'nt connected properly(the timing is off), just disconnect the wipers from the motor. Turn your car on and cycle the motor and it should be back at the home position. Pull your wipers back down and reconnect and all should be fine.Thats if you put in a new wipermotor. If not, maybe the wiper switch is bad.
