go to contact info, membership level, click the "ON" that's in red.. keep clicking next until you can click "off".. Microsoft tries really hard to change your mind. lol.

∙ 13y agoYou can't. You have to either call horrible Microsoft support or cancel your credit card. It's pretty sad they are allowed to get away with it.

Its sounds hard i know, but i did mine recently and it was easy.
