Usually with most Call of Duty games now there is an option to filter content, like with Modern Warfare 3; new players are given the option to say, "No, I will not be offended by the content," or "Yes, please filter offensive content" when the prompt comes up. If there is not this option when first playing the game, then the game does not have this option, most likely.
It is also recommended that for those who are offended by gore, violence, drugs, profanity, etc. to look at the ESRB rating of a videogame (bottom left-hand corner) and the reasons for it. Example: "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3; Rated 'M' for 'Mature (17+)' because of *Blood and Gore, *Drug Reference, *Intense Violence, and *Strong Language."
I think so, you just go to options on the main menu and the should be a setting for gore.
Oh god aren't you aloud to see a little bit of blood??
No, you have to disable all.

It is rated M for mature, but you can choose to turn off blood and gore when you buy the game.
There are quite a lot of swear words, but none on Multiplayer or Spec ops, mostly on Campaign. However, some people swear on multiplayer mode. So, in total, 5 out of ten 4 swearing.
yes you can
No you can not Turn off swearing in MW3. Swearing is a part of all Call Of Duties and Trearch or Infinity Ward will not turn swearing off.
