Can you turn off gore in modern warfare 3?

Yeah,you can when you first put the disc in, it asks if you want the gore on or off. If you choose yes though, it says you can't fix it so my answer is yes and no.

it's probably in the settings, but normally once you start the campaign you normally get an option to leave the gore on or turn it off.

no but i wish there was so my son could play it i dont want him playing games with gore but this game is so awsome

When starting the game for the first time you get the option it say no there is no gore but you do not get to play the final mission.
