On the Acer Aspire 4330, you can try to press the "Fn" key and the "F7" key at the same time. This combination locks or unlocks the touch pad, enabling or disabling its use. If this doesn't work, try to uninstall your pointer device driver and then reinstall your pointer device driver.
Try CTRL+ALT+DEL
If that doesn't work...reset your laptop or turn it off and then back on.
You probably turned off the touchpad. There is a button on near the keyboard. Push it.
And lastly...if all else fails, contact Acer for support.
