Is it the mark 6? If so, there is a big circle button on the right hand side of the dash
boot
In the wifes Zetec its in the boot inside the offside panel just to the side of the light cluster access, if you getb were i mean.
it is behind the lights, accessed from inside the boot, behind the side covers.
a crowbar will do it or a stillsaw
in the undercarrage cage beneath the boot, inside the boot there is a bolt you undo, then you get underneath and lift the cage a little a bit so you can pull the hook back and let the cage open to the floor.
in the boot, under the carpet?
Probably on your key-ring..... you have to manually unlock the boot..... convertibles were not produced with internal boot releases.
nope you have to keep using the key to open the boot
The rear speakers in the mk3 are 5 1/4 inch. If looking to install different speakers, an adaptor may be necessary.
Likely the reason for failure is the cable is off or shorted inside the hinge. Solution. Cut cable and pull it out from hinge tube reconnect the wires as per their color code and boot will open again.
You can't get a four door fiesta as a three door is the two front doors and the boot and a five door is the four doors and a boot ... so it's either a three door or a five door! But hire car companies offer you a four door, or for an extra 5 quid a five door...?
In my case it was the button, and also the rear wiper not working. This solution worked for me: spray some (or a lot of) WD40 on the boot hinges, to release corrosion and get things working again (there's an electrical groud wire connected there).
