The first thing you do is go to system settings , the black wrench. Click that , next you go to pg. 3 and click parental controls, first thing on pg.3. Next the DSI will ask you a question such as change parental controls settings you click "yes''. The pin page will pop up , you click i forgot , then your secret question will come up answer your secert question. If you forgot your secret question press i forgot. Then look in your DSI Nintendo operations manual and you should provide the inquiry number. After informing them with the inquiry number you will be issued a master key. Hope that helped :D

∙ 13y agoIf you mean the 'locks' on the wi-fi hotspots the DSi detects, you need the WEP or WPA encryption key. If you see your router's SSN ('name'), then you use the same encryption key as you use to connect with your PC or laptop. If you can only see other people's routers, then there's nothing you can do, the 'locks' are specifically there to keep unauthorised people out.

BUT, if you want it on that dsi, (the one that you originally had it on) delete it and then send it from the dsi that has it unlocked to the one that you deleted it from.
