I believe it is by beating three rounds of the race car? I can't remember for sure...but by beating all the games you unlock everything but a few clothing items, swami hat & carnival crown...thats my problem, I am stuck on the last two!
For the swami hat you need to go to the fortune teller and ask questions. There is no exact number some people have got the hat in 4 questions, 7 questions, I did it for my daughter in 10 questions. I hope this helps
