To unlock Heihachi Mishima in tekken 4 play with a character and when you unlock new characters play with them, keep doing this till you get all the characters and heihachi will be there. But in tekken 5 you just have to keep on playing story battle until you get all the characters.
Also you cant get the boss character in tekken 5, Jinpachi Mishima you can only get him when you play tekken 5 in PS3.

∙ 10y agoClear Arcade Mode with all of the sub-bosses each time without losing a match. An easy way 2 do this is go 2 the game options menu and set the rounds 2 win on "1". When u lose a match, allow urself 2 game over (like unlocking Heihachi Mishima in Tekken). This is the released order:
1st - Jun Kazama
2nd - Wang Jinrei
3rd - Yoshimitsu
4th - Kunimitsu
5th - Nina Williams
6th - Anna Williams
7th - Marshall Law
8th - Baek Doo San
9th - Heihachi Mishima
10th - Lee Chaolan

13th - Jack-2 (replaced by Jack)

16th - Armor King I
17th - Michelle Chang
18th - Ganryu
19th - Lei Wulong
20th - Bruce Irvin
(Note: 2 fight Roger and Alex, it is necessary 2 win Stage 3 with less than 5% of the health bar. 2 fight Devil and Angel, it is also necessary 2 win the game with Kazuya.
