How do you unmute your iMac?

There are two different ways. One is there is usually a key to mute and un-mute your computer near the keyboard. But that's for a laptop. The second one is on the bottom right of your screen, there is a small button that has a picture of a horn and sound waves. Click on it and you can mute, un-mute, and change the sound of your computer.

You press the F10 button at the top of the keyboard.Or if it was on the lowest volume you just press F12

If it doesnt work it you should restart your computer,

Anyways you could always use a ear-phone(head-phone)

If there is a red light coming from your plug where you put your headphones(ear phones) you should use a (Cotton stick?) or just a small stick and put wiggle it around in there.(atleast it worked for me)

Depending on your operating system you should have an icon in the lower right hand corner of a speaker icon. press on this & it should bring up the volume panel console. There you will be able to unmute your volume.

The 4th key on the top right of the keyboard going right to left is the mute button. Push it to un-mute the sound. Also check the volume control top right of your keyboard to see if it is turned all the way down. 3rd key is down 2nd key is up.
