A "bazooka" is a light antitank weapon meant to be used by infantry. There are a lot of different kinds.

The old World War II bazooka is reloadable and crew served. You put the launcher on your shoulder, and your assistant gunner loads a rocket into it. You then aim at the tank you want to make the crew mad at you, and pull the trigger. The rocket flies out, hopefully hits the side of the tank, and explodes. Because bazookas are not very powerful the explosion stays all on the outside of the vehicle, but the crew hears a loud noise. They respond by cranking the turret around until you're in their sights, and firing a round from their main gun at you.
