How do you activate a membership card for club penguin?

When you buy an item as a member, you look for the item you want in the catelog. You can usually find it in the corner of your screen when your in a room where you can buy stuff. When you see an item you want you click on it or you can click the BUY button that may be below it or above it. Once you did so, the catelog will ask you if you are sure you want this item. You can say YES or NO. Finally, you will find the item you bought in your invitory when you click on yourself or on the star button on the bottom of the screen. When you do, click the file bump sticking out of your player card with an arrow on it. Click up or down to find your item. Next, you can click on the item to wear it or use it the way it is made to use. GOODLUCK! :)

You can renew your membership on club penguin when it gives a message saying you only have that amount of time left with your membership. Also you will keep getting messages on club penguin saying you need to renew your membership

That was only the link. If you need instructions, do this:

1. First of all, buy the game card from wherever.

2. On the first page, hit Membership at the bottom of the screen.

3. On the Membership page, there will be a little button that will say Card Activation. Click on it.

4. You will select the type of card you have, then type in your name and password.

5. If you have not done so, scratch off the PIN code on your card.

6. Type in the code at the bottom of the screen. Hit submit.

7. Don't refresh the page or close the browser because your membership may not get through. When you're finished, hit play and enjoy!

Lol, you can't buy a free membership XD. Ok, ok, getting free memberships isn't easy. You have to participate in contests or lucky draws online. Otherwise, you can't get one.
