You must get the map on your computer and FTP it to your Xbox using Flash FXP and have Halo 2 on your HDD and put your map file in the Halo 2 maps folder on your HDD with the same map name as it's replacing.

For Halo 2 on PC there in lots of custom maps such as Vertigo 3, New Mombasa, and Halo sandbox beta 3.
Should you get Halo 1 PC or Halo 2 PC?
They are both good, but halo 1 for PC has great maps and you can make custom ones, but halo 2 has that feature too. i would recommend halo 2
Does Halo 3 ODST include Custom games?
There are 2 disks that come with the game: The 1st has Campaign and Firefight, which is new. The 2nd has the Custom games, with 3 new maps, and a bunch of others that you had to buy off live for Halo 3.

It is not in halo combat evolved proper, but you can probably get mods with a gravity hammer in it for halo custom edition. It is in halo 2 used by Tartarus but you cannot wield it. In halo 3 you can wield it i multiplayer and campaign. I have no idea about halo odst but it was not in the list of weapons not in odst so I imagine it is in there.

The Halo Odst Disk 2 comes with all maps (Plus 3 extra), and the ordinary halo 3 disk comes with no added map packs, so you don't have another 12 maps.
