Integrity refers to Honesty; Uprightiousness; Truth and Honor, etc.

Integrity can take different meanings---depending upon the context.

For instance, you could say, "My job is to protect the president's physical integrity."

The latter means that you are the president's bodyguard; your job is to protect him from bodily injury; physical harm---from wherever it may come.

It's a verb. The public transport ticketing system in Brsbane is fully integrated. It means you only need one ticket for buses, ferries etc. This is a lame example but I couldn't think of anything better.
