well it is wrong because you are invading his privacy and that destroys the trust that he has with you. unless you are certain that he is cheating or something like that, just try to view his cell phone when hes not around.
Just that - incoming calls. When someone calls your mobile phone number, this also eats up your 'anytime' minutes during peak use times.
If you are suffering from harassing phone calls you need to report them to your phone company's security department. Especially on cellphiones, YOU are paying for the incoming calls!

Anything is possible... I use my cell phone because its on me, its got all my numbers in it and the call plan isn't too bad.
settings-->Phone settings--->security---> enter your 4 digit code (usually, the last four(4) numbers of your cell phone number--->restrictions-->calls--->and set both incoming and outgoing calls to "allow all". If your phone is already locked then you will have to enter your 4 digits of your cell phone number (your security code).
On your cell you will notice that there is a button you can press when your getting a call saying block, so press that button. That button is on my black chocolate cell. I think you can block calls..
They needed to have a way to transmit the calls. Their solution was cell phone towers which allow the phones to carry a signal and make calls.
Some cell phones have a built in call blocking/screening feature. For that you need to check your phone's user's manual/guide. You can also contact your mobile network carrier on information on how to enable their service's call screening feature.
