To win an airsoft war, you need many different Advantages and players-
Sniper- Has a weapon 400 fps or more with a range of 60+ yards with scope optics. This player should stay in one spot (yes, camp) for the most part of the game- moving slowly from one top spot to another- Helps at an elevated position (Gun Recommendation- L96)
CQB- Should have an SMG (Submachine Gun) or shotgun with range of 45- yards. This player should get try to get up-close and personal with the enemy, moving swiftly from one spot to another. Another option for this player is to patrol a small area waiting for enemy flankers
(Gun Recommendation- Mp5k Galaxy SMG)
Assault Team- This should consist of 2-5 players that have a fully automatic SMG or Assault Rifle. These players should specialize in charging the enemy, or in some cases outnumbering one player and making them surrender. This squad should also look to capture enemy positions if playing capture the flag, domination, e.t.c. Guns for squad should have high mag capacity.
(Gun Recommendation- AK47 or R76 or M4 or MP40 or SCAR-h)
Cobra (Flanker)- This player needs to have an SMG or Assault Rifle. The objective of this player is to get DEEP behind enemy lines without being noticed. For Stealth, if not grouped, it is recommended to sneak up on the player and whisper 'surrender' with the gun on their shoulder. (Recommended Guns- ANY Assault Rifle or SMG)

Speed and tactics. Airsoft isn't just about the airsoft gun. Airsoft is also about those who play it. I've seen a senior that can win a game without a single BB shot. He "freezed" 4 to 5 opponents. At the end of the game, he admitted that his AEG was broken from the start. AWESOME!
