Bose speakers designed for home theater / home stereo applications can be powered by any stereo or surround receiver with sufficient power output for the ratings of the speakers. Bose speakers for car stereo applications must be powered by Bose amplifiers, since they have a special super-low impedence design which is not used by other manufacturers. Bose speakers for MP3 players have their own amplifier built into the speakers.

You can find a Roland micro cube amp for approximately 129.00 dollars brand new online and about 75.00 dollars used. If you shop around you may be able to find it even cheaper
You need to have completed the main game and post game, up until you can access Marine Resort. Then you also need to have either the Mystery Part or the Secret Slab. Zapdos will then appear on F7 of Amp Plains.
hey don't u even know of course 7th floor of amp plains
Yes most of you big name amp's have a high power input that comes with amp it's the flat plug that goes in the side. Just wire it to the speaker leads from headunit then wire up speakers to amp.
Easy way to check were the problem is take a 6" piece of wire. Unhook the remote wire from your amp. Then hookup your 6" piece of wire to amp remote terminal then take other end and connect to the 12+ terminal. If amp powers up the its in the headunit. If amp does not powerup or goes into protect mode the amp is problem.
if you have the Bose system you might need to hook up the aftermarket amp wire to the factory amp
You'll need RCA style cables to connect from your headunit to the amp. You'll then need Speaker Wire to run from the outputs of the Amp to the speaker terminals. You'll also need a heavy gauge power wire. A wiring kit such as the StreetWires Power Station PSK04Ri 4-gauge amplifier wiring kit.
Per the instruction manual, connect your input to the L/R RCA inputs. You also need to flip the 2nd switch up to allow the RCA inputs to work. The amp works fine without a Lifestyle connected to it.
you an use the orange wire for your battery, and the red for the memory. Get a tester if you are afraid. how do you run it from the amp, that's new to me , i wouldn't advise that .
your amp will ground in your sound system, or through your power adder which rock.
If its a good after market headunit it should be ok, but an amp will always be the best idea.
the amp is in the rear passenger door if you have a Bose system
I'm assuming the headunit has 2 sets of RCA outs - Front and Rear. If so, then one of your amps will need to have RCA outputs(sometimes called pass through) as well as inputs. Run an RCA cable from the "rear" outputs on the deck, into the inputs of the amp that has outputs. Now run a cable from the outputs on that amp to the inputs on your sub-amp.
Not without moving up two wire sizes from a #14 copper wire rated for 15 amps to a #10 copper wire rated for 30 amps.
I have a Kenwood dpx306u headunit in my car. My subs worked fine before but now they barely hit. I havent even touched them. I reset my headunit and nothing. Also, my headunit is no longer displaying my subwoofer setting. The light on my amp is green. I did just have a new battery put in my car and dont know if that would have anything to do with it. What can i do?
