Mangas are popular in US but only those mangas done in Japan...In Japan writing and drawing manga is a good payed job, but in US I think nobody pays much money for manga artist...Reason in Japan children reads manga and if manga becomes popular than they make anime based on manga, than if anime becomes more popular than manga, they sell it world wide first stop US...Children and anime fans in US first saw animes like Naruto, Bleach DB etc, and than they heard bout manga on which those anime were based, so they want to read it to compare and see what was rooth of their favorite anime...So manga artist is prominent job in Japan, in US it is prominent to work for DC and draw superheros...

You can be whatever you want to be don't let people tell you that you cant be a mangaka there are people that are not Japanese who are mangaka for example Stan Lee the creator of Spiderman he made a manga with Hiroyuki Takei (the creator of Shaman King ) called ULTIMO http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultimo_(manga)
well, naruto movie 4 might be ani-manga. ani-manga may be even better than manga for its color because manga doesn't even have any color. so watch out for it! well, naruto movie 4 might be ani-manga. ani-manga may be even better than manga for its color because manga doesn't even have any color. so watch out for it!

A manga character is, obviously, a character from a manga book. Manga books are the books that sort of look like comics, but are in black and white. Usually made in Japan. Manga books are usually read right to left, so like a backwards book.
Of Course!
Till now naruto is genin in the manga and has a long way to become hokage.

Americans can't become manga artists because a manga is for Japanese people to read and is in Japanese and it is black and white, read right to left. Comics is for Americans Hope this helps ^^
Unfortunately, there is no manga chapter in Fruits Basket where Kisa and Hiro officially become a couple.
Get a job and learn japanese?

I suggest reading a manga titled "Bakuman." It's about two teenagers who what to become manga-kas and it tells you LOADS of stuff about the manga industry and Shonen Jump. It is really good.
In the mid 1990's.
The manga you are referring to is likely "Kamisama Hajimemashita" by Julietta Suzuki. In this manga, a white crow named Tomoe makes a deal with a land god to become human.
In the manga, Soul does become a Death Scythe, but in the anime he does not.
